Born in Brooklyn NY's BedStuy and raised in Harlem, NY- Jai Hudson became a celebrity fashion stylist at Chyna Doll Enterprises in 2002, providing image consulting and wardrobe for some of music's top recording artist and television personalities. In 2007, she secured a recording contract for Teyana Taylor with Startrak/ Interscope Records and she also produced the MTV my Super Sweet 16 show for Taylor, which became the most watched MTV Sweet 16 to date. In 2008, Jai took a marketing position at Angela and Vanessa Simmons' Pastry line, helping to brand the sneaker company as a "cool" sneaker for the teenage demographic.
In 2012, Jai partnered with Misa Hylton in forming the Misa Hylton Fashion Academy in New York City. Jai continues to design and provide impeccable styling services to some of music's top artists. Partnered with Misa Hylton, Jai designed the racer outfit worn by Missy Elliott in her 2015 Superbowl performance with Katy Perry. Jai along with Misa Hylton were the creative force for the style direction for Missy Elliott's new video W.T.F. Jai Hudson's expertise in marketing, creative development, product management, and design has become her strength in this industry.
In 2015, Hudson became an author releasing her first book titled "Healed with Style and Grace"

For MHFA Dean of Student Affairs, Kim Snow, a career in fashion is no accident. Through her widespread fashion industry contacts and her uncanny ability to build winning camaigns, she has managed to perfect the formula of applying non-traditional strategies in business. With twenty plus years of experience in fashion marketing and strategic public relations, Ms. Snow oversees a broad range of Academy ventures includign course development, marketing, and student development and communication.
Ms. Snow's passion for the fashion business began when she was barely out of highschool. During her college years, a chance to meet with a recognized music entrepreneur stimulated Ms. Snow's interest and inspired the drive and determination necessary to succeed in a high-powered environment. When the opportunity arose immediately after graduating college to become the music industry arm to the reputable urban fashion brand, Mecca USA, Ms. Snow jumped at the chance to utilize all she absorbed during college and apply it to a brand that was embedded into Hip Hop culture. Thus her fashion marketing career was born.
Over the years at Mecca USA, Ms. Snow swiftly soared through the ranks to eventually become Internationa Director of Marketing, the first woman and youngest person to hold such a position in Mecca USA's history. In addition to her tenure at Mecca USA, Ms. Snow has also held senior marketing positions at Marc Ecko Enterprises and Pastry Footwear by Vanessa and Angela Simmons and has counted Boost Mobile, Alfred Angelo Bridal and A. Tiziano Clothing as clients under her company - SnowStorm Inc.
At Misa Hylton Fashion Academy, Ms. Snow serves as a student agent and advisor, personally assisting each student through their journey of setting the foundation for their careers in fashion styling. Ms. Snow credits her passion for aiding people in achieving their dreams as her driving factor.
After many years of working at accounting firms and in the banking and entertainment industries, Tammy's vast knowledge in the field of finance brings a wealth of knowledge to MHFA. She is a specialist in budget and administrative operations.
Born and educated in Canada, Tammy has volunteered with the Youth Cultural and Arts program in New York City. She is passionate about making educational opportunities available to those seeking advancement and is responsible for the development of new scholarship programs and funding opportunities at MHFA.
Tammy believes that everyone is deserving of the support to attain a bright future and it is our responsibility as mentors to lead to the opportunities.
In June of 2012 Jenna was a proud student in the first MHFA class. Originally from Orange County, CA, always a high achiever she graduated high school with her associates degree. After which she moved to NYC to pursue her passion for fashion and attend the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology and studied millinery. Jenna had a desire to learn from someone she respected as a pioneer in fashion styling and the MHFA proved to be the perfect place to cultivate her passions. After graduating MHFA she was granted incredible opportunities which took her around the world working with many different, talented fashion stylists in all avenues of the fashion world. Some of her favorite projects include, an Abercrombie and Fitch ad campaign , Vh1's Single Ladies, The UK's Bestival Music festival and working in Dubai. In addition to building upon her exciting fashion styling career, She is now pridefully working with the Misa Hylton Fashion Academy as the Co President of The MHFA Alumni association and student events coordinator
Born in the Bronx, NY and raised in Richmond, Virginia- Naomi always knew she wanted to live a creative and stylish life. She relocated back to New York where she attended the world-renowned, Fashion Institute of Technology. In her final year at FIT she had the opportunity to intern for Harper’s Bazaar. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising Management specialization in product development in 2013, Naomi continued to educate herself and attended Misa Hylton Fashion Academy. During this spectacular time she has assisted many notable fashion stylists and also assisted the fashion editors for Lucky Magazine and Harper's Bazaar. Naomi has had the opportunity to be a part of the fashion styling team for several high profile projects including Mary J.Blige's 2015 Essence Festival performance, currently enjoying her position as fabric assistant for Nanette by Nanette Lepore, Naomi simultaneously balances life and career as a product developer and stylist; she is also an assistant to Misa Hylton.

Born in Dayton, Ohio- Kendall knew there was more to life and formed a love for fashion and entertainment. After graduating from a performing arts high-school and attending Central State University on a music scholarship, he began working as a marketing rep for BET Networks. Kendall then took the opportunity as the assistant to the Fashion Director and team at Esquire. In 2014, Kendall worked at Marie Claire where he was responsible for assisting the Market Director as well as Nina Garcia and Project Runway. Kendall currently works as an assistant to Ms Hylton; which has also given him the opportunity to begin working on his first solo project as a singer/performer.
