Are you ready to take your passion for fashion to the next level? Whether you’re into fashion design, styling, the business side of things, or social media, this program is designed to help you thrive in all aspects of fashion.

Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for ambitious 17-23 year-olds who graduated high school with at least a 2.5 GPA. If that’s you, this is your opportunity to be paired with inspirational All-Star mentors—experienced and active professionals who are making waves in the fashion industry today.

What’s in it for you?
This is not your typical mentorship! Every mentor will guide you through real, actionable steps to help you navigate your future, whether you’re jumping straight into a career or continuing your education. You’ll leave this program with more than just dreams—you’ll have a practical plan to make them happen.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Two immersive weekends packed with a 2-day group workshop where you’ll dive into an exclusive MHFA curriculum
  • 1-on-1 sessions with your mentor to get personalized advice on your career and education goals
  • A practical, custom action plan to help you map out your future in fashion
  • A chance to present your ideas to a panel of fashion experts—including mentors and professionals from PVH, MHFA, and others—at the final ceremony, where you could even land an internship opportunity!
  • And did we mention? It’s all FREE!

Our All-Star mentors come from every corner of the fashion world—Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, The Business of Fashion, and Streetwear. You’ll work with them in either New York City or Atlanta, in small groups that will give you both the group experience and personal attention to help you elevate.
