Sean Williams
Sean Williams is a born and raised Brooklynite who fell in love with sneakers at the age of 13. By age 15, with a few years of work experience under his belt he began buying sneakers with his own money (no longer asking mom for the latest and freshest kicks). Having purchased thousands of pairs of sneakers over the years his love of sneakers has never completely died. It has simply transformed.
In 2007, OSD (Obsessive Sneaker Disorder) was founded by long time friend Dee Wells and Sean was asked to become a part of the historical movement. As a business partner in OSD, LLC Sean’s love of sneakers has transformed into a mission for the company that has 3 words “Appreciate, Educate, Elevate”. These days, those 3 words are a part of everything Sean does in regard to the world of sneakers. He has accepted the personal mission of making sure that the younger generations know the potential that exists for them in the athletic footwear business as not only consumers, but as the future professionals in the industry. Sean has been featured in various noteworthy TV shows, publications and websites such as NBC’s “The Today Show”, Maxim magazine, Slate.com, and Sneaker Freaker just to name a few. In 2012, Sean and his partner Dee made the list of “50 Most Influential People in Sneakers Right Now” published by Complex magazine. Sean also teaches OSD’s “SOLEcial Studies” which is an education program that prepares people all over the world for potential jobs and business opportunities in the athletic footwear industry. He has plans to begin teaching the program in partnership with sports teams and schools across the United States.
In 2018, Sean became a Rankin Scholar at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. The first such honor ever bestowed upon someone in sneaker culture. In 2019, Sean made history as Co-curator of the first Hip-Hop apparel and sneaker exhibition at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. In 88 days the exhibition amassed foot traffic and exposure to 9.8 million people. In 2020, Business Insider added Sean to the “Power List: 28 Most Outstanding People of Color Transforming the Sneaker Industry”.
Tiffany Williams
Tiffany Williams is the creator and owner of one of the largest streetwear brands coming out of Philadelphia PA: Bellargo Piarge. Tiffany launched the brand in 2003, beginning with one simple t-shirt logo, and selling shirts from the trunk of her vehicle. Through drive, determination and consistency, Bellargo soon became a city favorite and household name! With the opening of her first Philadelphia boutique location in 2012, Tiffany was able to take Bellargo from a T-shirt line, to a mega brand and established business.
After five retail locations and major distribution, as well as a strong online presence, Bellargo has generated multi-million dollars in sales, and has become a recognized Brand in the Streetwear industry. Spotted on influencers from Meek Mill, Yo Gotti, 50 Cent, Karen Civil to Nicki Minaj, just to name a few; as well as prominent placements in motion pictures, indie films, reality television and music videos.
Now with almost 18 years in business, Tiffany is paying it forward! Her resume now includes “Adjunct Professor” by way of the MIsa Hylton Fashion Academy, and “Entrepreneurship Instructor” in the Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey School Districts. Last but not least, she’s developed her own business and branding platform for entrepreneurs: Bellargo Consulting.
“During my years of entrepreneurship, one might say that I’ve learned a thing or two (ok I’m being modest, I’ve learned a lot lol). My mission is to now help as many entrepreneurs reach success – minus all the bumps and bruises I’ve endured along the way.”
